Tell me how to stop being sensitive smh

Find the source of your sensitivity. At that point you have to literally train your mind to understand what and why you’re feeling a way and act accordingly. Much easier said than done. But at the same time its who you are so you may just need to embrace it and simply eliminate whats making you so uncomfortable about it. Like if theres a person thats always hurting your feelings or whatever maybe change the dynamics of the relationship. I’m emotional af and I’ve learned I cant really help it with certain people.🙂
